Planning Applications

Offering a Turn Key Solution

Fully Managed on Your Behalf
What Do We Do?

The Design Team at Watt Energy Saver can provide a detailed planning service for  customers, from assessing the suitability of sites, to ensuring planning conditions are met post-construction.

Our service ensures that you stand the best chance of achieving planning permission. We can help with dealing with the Local Planning Authority, liaising with other consultants, managing planning applications, producing Planning, Design and Access Statements and making sure that your planning application complies to planning policy.

What Does A Planning Application Involve?

The first step of most projects is getting the planning consent from the Local Authority. Some projects may not require planning approvals although they will require a Lawful Development Certificate.

To obtain planning approvals or lawful certificates, we will need to submit existing and proposed drawings including plans and elevations. We will also have to submit a location plan of the area. In some cases, we may need to submit design and access statement,  roof plans and sections. These will depend on the Local Authority requirements and your specific project.

The above summary may be suitable for small projects; however, medium and large scale projects will have other criteria and requirements which will be specific for the project.

If you need any advice, contact us to discuss your project on 0845 475 7710
