Overview -
East Horndon Business Park is advancing towards significant sustainability goals, as evidenced by the construction of the units which have been designed to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ specification.
This site is equipped with a comprehensive range of sustainable features, including a full rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system of 1,475.01 kWp capacity. This solar array is integral to the park’s commitment to reducing energy use and assisting its customers in achieving their own sustainability objectives. Alongside solar power, the park incorporates rainwater harvesting, infrastructure for electric vehicle fleets, and smart metering, further solidifying its environmental credentials. The facility is also set within a landscaped environment, promoting the wellbeing of employees and enhancing local biodiversity
