Overview -
SEGRO Park Hayes, a high-quality urban industrial scheme in Hayes, West London, represents a significant development in sustainable industrial space.
This project, located on the site of a former iconic Nestle chocolate and coffee producing factory, comprises four industrial units totaling 239,665 sq ft, environmentally sustainable warehousing. Designed to carbon-neutral standards, the development features photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging points, LED lighting, air source heat pumps, and reflective glazing to reduce energy consumption. Its prime location, close to major transport links, makes it an ideal site for both business and residential use.
In line with the park's sustainability objectives, Watt Energy Saver has installed a large flat roof solar array. This installation not only enhances the renewable energy capacity of SEGRO Park Hayes but also aligns with its strategy to reduce environmental impact and energy costs, further solidifying its status as a model of sustainable industrial development.
